All products are new and genuine and carry the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period for each brand is shown on its product and brand pages.

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will inspect the device and handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated water resistance, normal wear of bands and straps, and battery wear over time are not covered.
